Yes! We offer great Early Bird discounts for Self-Assessment Tax Returns if you book early (between April and October). This saves you money and gives you peace of mind knowing it’s sorted well before the January deadline.

Our bookkeeping service includes keeping your books up-to-date, transaction recording, bank reconciliation, and regular financial reporting. We’re licensed by the Institute of Certified Bookkeepers, so you can focus on growing your business while we handle the numbers.

Company Formation

Do you help with setting up new companies?

Absolutely! We help new businesses launch every week, whether sole traders or Limited Companies. We guide you through the entire process and ensure your company is set up correctly from day one.

A sole trader is simpler to set up with less paperwork, but you’re personally liable for debts. A limited company offers liability protection and can be more tax-efficient as you grow, but requires more compliance. We can advise which is best for your situation.

Company formation typically takes 1-3 working days once all required information is provided. We handle the entire process with Companies House and ensure everything is set up correctly for your business needs.

Tax Returns

When do I need to submit my tax return?

Self-Assessment Tax Returns can be filed between 6 April and 31 January. However, most people leave it to the last minute! We recommend filing early to avoid stress and take advantage of our Early Bird discount.

You’ll need: P60s, P45s, bank statements, receipts for business expenses, property income records, dividend certificates, and any other income documentation. We’ll provide you with a comprehensive checklist once you become our client.

Yes! As registered Tax Agents with HMRC, we can prepare and submit your Self-Assessment Tax Return. With thousands of returns filed, we have extensive experience handling all types of tax situations.
