From a living room start-up to a trusted partner for thousands.
Our journey began in 2010 when Eva Szabo earned her first qualification from the Institute of Certified Bookkeepers. Starting as a sole trader under the name Eva Bookkeeping, the business quickly grew, leading to the establishment of EVLA LTD in 2011, co-founded with her husband. Operating from their living room, they balanced business growth with family life, especially after the birth of their daughter.
Over the years, our client base has expanded to over 2,000 companies and 4,500 individuals. Despite this growth, we remain committed to maintaining direct contact with our clients, addressing an average of 100 emails daily to ensure prompt and personalised responses.
Our dedicated team of 10 professionals shares our vision of providing exceptional support to our clients. Each member brings expertise and a commitment to excellence, ensuring that our clients receive the best possible service.
In addition to EVLA LTD, we operate Evlacorp LTD, a company formation agent registered with Companies House. The main reason for dividing our activities was due to the different regulations with which we have to comply. Evlacorp LTD is registered under HMRC itself for the Money Laundering Regulations. It is also a member of the Association of Company Formation Agents and part of the UK Investment Support Directory, as we have helped many overseas businesses become established and expand in the United Kingdom. We also have foreign companies on our client base who have UK Tax Affairs (VAT or PAYE).
To enhance our services, we’ve developed a bespoke CRM system equipped with reminders and alerts, facilitating regular communication and ensuring that neither we nor our clients miss critical deadlines.
